The 4 day new build flooring guarantee
This is the bit that matters most. Once you have a confirmed completion date and your flooring is selected, we guarantee to have everything fitted within 4 days of you receiving the keys. If we don’t, we take 50% off your total.
Moving into a new build with bare concrete floors isn’t an option. We’ve built our whole new build service around making sure that doesn’t happen. You plan your move-in date around us being done, not the other way around.
To make the guarantee work, we need enough notice to order materials and schedule fitting. Get in touch as soon as you have a completion date. We can start planning from your floorplan months before you even have the keys.

Why developer flooring upgrades aren’t worth the money
Developer flooring packages are profitable for developers, not for you. The margins are high, the materials are often entry level, and the fitting is done at speed to a budget. We’ve been into enough new builds to know what that looks like a couple of years down the line.
When you come to us, you’re choosing from a full range of flooring, not a handful of options picked for margin. You get proper advice, proper materials, and fitters who take their time.

We fit the full range: carpet, luxury vinyl flooring, Karndean, Amtico, laminate and vinyl. Whatever you want, wherever you want it. Some customers go for LVT throughout the whole house. Some want carpet in every room. Some mix and match across floors. There’s no standard package here. It’s your home, you choose.
If you want a steer, most new build buyers go for hard flooring downstairs and carpet in the bedrooms. It’s practical and looks great. But we carry a wide enough range that whatever direction you want to go, we can make it happen. Come into the showroom and see it properly before you decide.
